Croatian State Geodetic Administration and Geodetic Faculty in cooperation with Croatian Chamber of Chartered Geodetic Engineers and Croatian Geodetic Society organized 2^nd CROPOS conference, which was held on 8^th April 2011 at the Geodetic Faculty in Zagreb. State Geodetic Administration released CROPOS on 9^th December 2008 as official Croatian positioning system. Since then, 325 companies have registered within the system, as it ensured more simple, efficient and reliable usage of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) survey technology. Considering statistical data of system usage, it is evident that the geodetic experts recognized all advantages of using CROPOS. The goal of the conference was exchange of Croatian and international experience about permanent GNSS network and improvement of application of CROPOS in every day geodetic activities.
